Mixed feelings about my stay

The location felt secure because a metro station was right outside. This provided easy access to the city and airport.
The room stairs were REALLY dangerous. I could not even get my luggage up them. Downstairs was VERY narrow too.

i liked that my room was modern. it included a big shower. breakfast had enough choice, and staff replenished everything regularly.
the hotel didn't contact me in advance about the pool closure. i found out 6 days before our stay. there's a panel by the door that stayed illuminated all night and disturbed our sleep.

i enjoyed the breakfast very much, it had many good options. the hotel brought us a surprise cake with a note because of my partner birthday. it was a very lovely touch.
the rooftop was also too small. there are a lot of seats, but barely any space to stand. the pool was ok but it felt freezing.

the reception staff was so helpful. the main hotel door requires staff assistance for entry and exit adding to security. pool towels were available. the rooftop pool use was permitted even after checkout which i found very convenient.

the reception area looked clean upon my arrival. i was able to check in early because my room was ready. my room was modern and immaculate. it had a decent sized bathroom with a nice big shower.
I only got one bottle of water per day. That was not enough

the staff was helpful. they graciously accommodated our early arrival. the room was modern and well equipped. i also appreciate the metro station was just steps from the hotel.
i knew the room would be small. there was no place to put a second suitcase. it blocked access to the small table.
